Many of the structures are long since gone except for a few, but we know where they were located. This is a fascinating tour that will shed new light on what happened during the infamous witchcraft hysteria which turned neighbor against neighbor.
Our walking tours give you a wonderful perspective of our quaint city. We bring you throughout the downtown area as well as the McIntire District and the Seaport area.

Salem Village Witch-Hunt Walking Tour

Salem is where people visit to learn about the 1692 witchcraft trials, but Danvers, formerly Salem Village, is where it first began on a cold February day.
You'll visit several significant historical sites including the remains of the parsonage where Reverend Samuel Parris' 9-year-old daughter Betty and 11-year-old niece Abigail had their fits that began the hysteria.
This special tour will be held on selected dates in July, August, September and October. This tour is in Danvers, MA that is a short drive from Salem, MA. You can drive or Uber.

This tour takes place a short drive away from Salem in the town of Danvers, formerly Salem Village, where two young girls began acting out on a cold February day in 1692. It was diagnosed as witchcraft, starting the hysteria. You'll visit several significant historical sites including the remains of the parsonage.

captured the imagination of many of his fans. You’ll learn about the man, his books and what he referenced in his books.
The Grave Matters Tour
